samsung markets this oven as having a ton of great features, and on paper, it does. you can change the top oven into two separate ovens, it has steam cooking which is great for baguettes. it is "like" a european oven. it does not last. as soon as the warranty goes out, the problems start. we were able to get most of them fixed, but the latest, a code "check (c-a2)" error persists. when you contact samsung, the instruct you to flip the circuit breakers for a minute and restart the oven. that works two times. now, the oven is toast. and, to boot, they now charge almost twice what we paid for this oven for the exact same model. do not buy this oven!
